What the private beta surface can do today

Five-gate adversarial gauntlet: matched-random control, faithful non-overlapping execution, signal/oracle agreement, sample floor, doubled-cost stress.
Graded verdicts: KILLED, INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE, and C (Scout). B (Survived) and A (Certified) ship with the gates that earn them.
Immutable Truth Reports with provenance manifest: hashed strategy version, cost model, test window, seed set, data manifest, gate results, engine version, report ID.
Locked confirm card: six read-only fields, confirmed before any run fires.
Interactive intake chat: describe your strategy in plain English or paste JSON; the lab drafts the spec, asks fidelity questions, and builds the confirm card.
Honest rejection of unsupported inputs, with the reason, never a silent approximation.
